Kepala kepengasuhan asrama Darul Jihad STAI Luqman al Hakim Surabaya, Ust. Ulil Multazam, M.Pd., yang didampingi pengasuh, Ust. Luqmanul Hakim, S.Sos.I menyampaikan laporan kerja bidang kepengasuhan.
Dalam laporannya, kontrol pelaksanaan kegiatan dan keberadaan mahasiswa di asrama menjadi program yang mendapat perhatian khusus. Hal ini karena program ini akan menjadi penentu suksesnya program yang lainnya. program telah berjalan dengan baik.
Program Tahfidz yang menjadi program unggulan secara nasional juga dilaporkan dengan baik, walaupun dipertengahan semester ada permasalahan SDM, namun dengan pendekatan persuasif dapat diselesaikan tanpa mengganggu pelaksanaan program keasramaan.
